IRISH ARCHITECTURE Awards 2016 – Emerging Practice – Highly Commended

We are proud to announce that Bright Design Architects was ‘Highly Commended’ in the Best Emerging Practice category at the Irish Architecture Awards 2016 – the only recipient in the category this year. The RIAI awards ceremony took place in the beautiful surroundings of the Royal Hospital, Kilmainham on Friday 24th June. The ‘Highly Commended’ plaque was presented by RIAI president Carole Pollard to Alan Burns and Michael Frain (co-directors) on stage in The Great Hall. In the latest edition of Architecture Ireland the jury citation reads; ‘This practice shows a diverse range of work with a strong emphasis on detail and a passion for materiality.’
